How long will shipping take?

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. However if the orders are placed on Friday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Please allow us 8-14 business days for delivery.

How can i track my package?

Please allow between 2-3 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email and after please go this link Track Order and track your order and you can track your order until it's delivered to your door

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Stripe.

My order was confirmed, but i just got an email that states i received a refund. What does that mean?

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will refund you immediately for the cost of the item. (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order)

What if my credit card is declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.

What if i am not satisfied with the products?

If you are not happy with our products, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back excluding postage costs. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability. Garments must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return your order. Send an email to orders@tluxe.com and request an RA number. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange or return. Then return goods by registered or express post, postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the RA number to :

I could not find my tracking number?

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or add customerservice@jeffreestarcosmetics.com to your safe sender’s list.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card- issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
