Catherine is a Senior Participant Support Officer in our Home Care Division, coordinating in-home, Supported Independent Living, High Intensity, and core supports. Catherine works in collaboration with our participants and employees to ensure smooth delivery of complex and 24/7 services to achieve goals and support improved quality of life.
Born in the Philippines and raised in Brisbane, Catherine has always had a passion for helping the community and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Known for her kind and compassionate demeanour, Catherine has gained diverse skills across various industries, including Banking, Real Estate, Aged Care, and Disability Services. Drawing from her hands-on experience working as mental health mentor and support worker, Catherine possesses the valuable ability to create ideal pairings between Participants and our field-based employees.
Driven by her genuine desire to help others and foster meaningful relationships, her commitment to making a positive difference has become the driving force behind her career aspirations.
