Participant Support Officer

Elisa is a Participant Support Officer in our Psychosocial Division, coordinating the delivery of services for participants with complex mental health diagnoses, neurodivergent and psychosocial presentations to build capacity, achieve their goals and participate in the community.

Born in Ecuador and moved to Australia four years ago looking for new adventures. Elisa is very empathetic and has discovered her passion for mental health in the past few years, leading her to volunteer for the “Got your Back” program in her previous role, which prompted her to seek a more meaningful career in the disability sector.

Elisa has a Bachelor of Business Administration and over 8 years of experience of coordination and customer service in a diverse range of sectors including government, mining, aeronautical industry, and insurance. Elisa is passionate about being a positive impact on people living with disability and goes above and beyond to deliver quality service to her participants and colleagues.
