Sandra is our Customer Experience Leader with oversight of all aspects of the customer journey. Sandra is a key contact for clients and their stakeholders with an emphasis on building trusted relationships. From the initial intake meeting through to regular service reviews, Sandra’s role is to ensure our clients experience streamlined delivery and an optimal overall experience with Alya.
Born on the Gold Coast and raised on the South Pacific Island of Vanuatu, Sandra grew up in a diverse and multicultural third world country, enjoying the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of her home.
Sandra is known for her kind nature and willingness to always help people. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired from various roles working in the private and public sector and has extensive experience in recruitment, program management, talent management and service delivery.
Sandra loves to be creative, enjoys cooking, photography, and travel. As a multi-lingual seasoned traveller, she is excited to explore new places, whilst discovering different cultures, people, cuisines, and languages of the world.
