Meet Sandra
As a Team Leader for Alya’s Home Care Division, Sandra supports participants with in-home, Supported Independent Living, High Intensity, and core supports. Sandra leads a team of case managers (Participant Support Officers) who work collaboratively with our participants and employees to ensure smooth delivery of service to achieve goals and support improved quality of life.
Born on the Gold Coast and raised on the South Pacific Island of Vanuatu, Sandra grew up in a diverse and multicultural third world country, enjoying the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of her home.
Sandra is known for her kind nature and willingness to always help people. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired from various roles working in the private and public sector and has extensive experience in recruitment, program management, talent management and service delivery.
Sandra loves to be creative, enjoys cooking, photography, and travel. As a multi-lingual seasoned traveller, she is excited to explore new places, whilst discovering different cultures, people, cuisines, and languages of the world.
