Meet Therese
As our People and Culture Officer, Therese is responsible for recruitment, onboarding and Talent Management of both our corporate team and our field based disability support staff.
Therese brings extensive knowledge and experience within the recruitment, talent management and operations space to Alya. She has recruited, and managed talent, across a variety of role-types within the trades, administration and professional services disciplines and sectors.
Her tenure has included stints within local government, small business, banking and engineering consultancies where she has worked directly with internal teams and for recruitment agencies.
In her spare time Therese likes to keep healthy with regular exercise and enjoys going for walks and the challenge of reformer Pilates.
